Microsoft Licensing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft licensing specialist to join our solutions team. As a market leader in business process optimisation and IT services, we help organisations optimise, automate and transform their operations.

The successful candidate will have commercial acumen and the ability to structure licensing deals effectively. They will work closely with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

This role involves analysing customer requirements and determining the optimal Microsoft licensing model, addressing licensing related queries and structuring optimal pricing for proposals.

Key responsibilities include understanding client business needs and technology landscape to determine the optimal Microsoft licensing model, developing and implementing value add services to customers and internally.

Key responsibilities also include generating reports to track license usage, identifying trends and demonstrating the value of licensing optimisation efforts to customers.

  • Strong experience in Microsoft licensing across CSP, EA, MCA, and Open Value models.
