Job Summary
MSS Security is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their visitors;
- Conducting regular checks and reports on security status to identify potential risks and incidents;
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide assistance;
- Assisting in directing visitors and the public through the site, ensuring their safety and security;
- Maintaining key registers and issuing key passes to authorized personnel;
- Documenting incidents and writing reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and a current First Aid certificate;
- A valid NSW Security Licence;
- Strong dedication, reliability, and commitment to security;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and clients;
- Good computer literacy skills to operate security systems and software;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
