We are seeking an experienced Aviation Security Operations Manager to oversee the provision of security services at our monitoring centre in Australia.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including roster management, staff recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and creating daily and monthly reports.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading security company in Australia, providing high-quality security services to some of the nation's highest profile sites. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent interpersonal abilities to manage a team of experienced operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including roster management and staff recruitment and onboarding
- Ensure adherence to client compliance requirements
- Create and maintain daily and monthly reporting for clients
- Build rapport with the team and client representatives
Requirements
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- NSW Security Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to successfully pass a Drug & Alcohol screening
- Previous experience in the security industry, particularly in aviation or monitoring centres, is desirable
- Technical skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in supervising small teams
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
