About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a skilled Control Room Operator to work at a prominent client site in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems
- Conducting regular checks and reports on security status
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Assisting in directing visitors and the public
- Maintaining key registers and issuing key passes
- Documenting incidents and writing reports
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate II in Security Operations, a current First Aid certificate, and a valid NSW Security Licence. Strong dedication, reliability, and commitment to security are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
