The Role
As an Induction and Administration Officer, you will manage our induction and security systems, assisting with visitor and contractor onboarding, maintaining security profiles, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Induction System Management: Review and confirm induction statuses, issue keys, and assist with profile setup and module completion in Rapid Global.
- Security System Support: Maintain and create security profiles for individuals and vehicles in Win DSX.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, generate reports, and distribute them as needed.
- Workforce Management: Assist with safety and environmental reporting in SAP, including maintenance notifications and incident investigations.
- Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies, maintain the Security Key Register, and handle onboarding spreadsheets and general reporting.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and experience with systems like Rapid Global, DSX, and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
