We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our team. As the primary point of contact for retail customer enquiries, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with wholesale clients and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase stockists and order volumes

• Wholesale Account Management: Maintain accurate records of wholesale customers, check-in on orders, and resolve any issues that may arise

• Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Content and Marketing: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, review and utilize social media to build relationships with existing/potential stockists, and provide input to the marketing calendar

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or marketing environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of business software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
