We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth, expand reach, and foster strong relationships with employers, referral agencies, and community organizations.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic partnerships to enhance program delivery.
  • Conduct market analysis to define the company's unique value proposition and differentiate offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, referral agencies, and community organizations.
  • Collate stakeholder feedback to improve program quality and ensure alignment with industry needs.
  • Ensure contract compliance and alignment with relevant service standards.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide comprehensive business development reports.

This role requires a passion for fostering strong industry partnerships, enhancing workforce opportunities, and driving sustainable program growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in business development, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with business environments in the education sector.
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen, with strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and ability to drive commercial success.
  • Networking & Negotiation Skills, and the ability to build partnerships, maintain relationships, and collaborate effectively.
  • Communication & Leadership skills, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills in multicultural settings, with a results-driven mindset.
