Job Title:

Strategic Engagement Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive business growth and expand partnerships across programs like Adult Migrant English and Skills for Education and Employment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentify opportunities for expansion and develop strategic partnerships to enhance program reach.
  • Conduct market analysis to define unique value proposition and differentiate offerings.
  • B uid relationships with employers, referral agencies, and community organizations.
  • Collate stakeholder feedback to improve program quality and ensure alignment with industry needs.
  • Ensure compliance and alignment with Service Provider Instructions.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide comprehensive business development reports.
  • Drive strategic vision while fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Support and mentor engagement managers to optimize outreach and program impact.
  • Stay updated on trends in adult education, workforce engagement, and business development.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in business development, marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with business environments in education industry.
  • Strategic & Financial Acumen, strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, commercial success.
  • N etworking & Negotiation Skills, ability to build partnerships, maintain relationships, collaborate effectively.
  • Communication & Leadership skills, interpersonal, written, verbal skills in multicultural settings, results-driven mindset.
