Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales engineering function, you will be responsible for providing technical support to prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current business processes and systems used by clients to identify inefficiencies, issues, or gaps in functionality that can be addressed by our platform
- Design and configure functional solutions using our tools and integrations to meet client needs
- Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of our platform
- Work closely with internal teams to gather, clarify, and prioritise system requirements in line with business objectives
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful solution adoption and provide technical guidance as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2+ years on-site construction experience
- Previous experience working with our platform on site
- Proven sales engineering experience and/or experience in a sales quota carrying role
- Proven track record of analysing existing business processes and systems to identify issues, errors and areas for improvement
- Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master our product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Gong, Google suite, Lucidcharts and Adobe Acrobat
- Proven track record working across global time zones
