Position Overview
- Lead Generation: Spearhead the identification and qualification of sales leads across all product categories.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer retention and collaborating with the Projects & Tenders team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Sales Oversight: Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and actively oversee your sales pipeline to secure deals.
- Growth Initiatives: Direct campaigns aimed at fostering growth across all divisions and product lines.
- Data Management: Utilize the CRM system effectively and create targeted prospecting lists using both internal and publicly accessible data.
- Performance Metrics: Meet established customer engagement targets and sales growth objectives.
- Client Engagement: Communicate technical information clearly to healthcare clients, addressing their unique requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will possess a solid background in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A creative mindset is essential, along with the capability to manage accounts and drive growth across various product lines. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
