About the Role:
ArcTree Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our client's team as an Internal Sales Officer. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity based at the company's Head Office in Yatala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to electrical contractors and wholesalers, responding to enquiries, quotations, and following up on results.
- Assist with answering incoming telephone calls and reviewing customer orders in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Process customer orders, requesting technical or commercial assistance where necessary, and achieve a customer service level of 95% on time delivery with contract customers.
- Prepare reports for internal distribution within departments and provide a schedule specifying manufacturing requirements for customer orders.
- Support the Sales Manager in creating and distributing price lists.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Intermediate MS Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
- Experience in internal sales or customer service in a technical environment.
- The ability to multitask and learn technical information.
- Production and warehouse experience is advantageous.
- A friendly and professional phone manner.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
