Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Client Care Officer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to families and children, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming new clients, collecting, and entering personal details and managing our welcome room;
  • Client nurturing to ensure that our children and their families have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic;
  • Correct management of incoming client data, billing, and debtor management;
  • Assisting our team of brilliant clinicians and being a highly valued, contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families.
