Role Overview
- Lead Generation: Spearhead the identification and qualification of sales leads across all product categories.
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, engaging with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing purchases and collaborating with the Projects & Tenders team to seize sales opportunities.
- Sales Management: Address sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and proactively manage your sales pipeline to secure deals.
- Campaign-Driven Growth: Initiate and lead campaigns aimed at fostering growth across all divisions and product lines.
- CRM & Data Utilization: Utilize the CRM system effectively and create targeted prospecting lists using both internal and publicly available data.
- Performance Targets: Meet designated customer activity and sales growth objectives.
- Client Communication: Communicate technical information effectively to healthcare clients, addressing their unique requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will possess a proven sales background, preferably within the healthcare sector, coupled with strong communication and negotiation abilities. You should be innovative in your approach, capable of managing accounts and driving growth across various product lines. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Demonstrated success in sales; experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
