Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at Ratp Dev. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that employees have the necessary competencies to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Training Strategies: Identify training needs, conduct gap analysis, and develop training objectives to improve performance standards.
- Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create training modules, operational documentation, and quality management systems to support operational readiness.
- Manage Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs, assess the quality of training, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and Mentor Key Instructors: Train and mentor a team of key instructors to support the delivery of technical training.
- Implement Competency Management System: Design and implement a competency management system to assess and verify employee competencies.
- Contribute to Business Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement training plans, programs, and policies to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong Training and Development Background: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and management.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in training management systems, competency management systems, and quality management systems.
Working Conditions:
This role will be based in an office environment with frequent travel to training locations.
