
Aftersales Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the Aftersales team across our region. This role will focus on implementing aligned operating processes and metrics to drive business results.
- Provide input to organisation structures, role design, and incentive structures so that people capability is optimised
- Create a high-performing leadership culture that engages, motivates, and leads all staff in achieving business objectives
- Develop a customer-centric ethos that builds genuine differentiation in the market and supports sites in achieving required standards
- Conduct regular site performance reviews, productivity, efficiency, and mix of work amongst other measures to ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will have deep experience and knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales and the competitive consumer landscape. They will also have significant experience managing and leading a team, strong analytical ability, interpretation of data, and reporting skills. Effective communication skills, proven ability to make informed decisions, leadership effectiveness, and developing others are essential for this role.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- Deep experience and knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales
- Significant experience managing and leading a team
- Strong analytical ability, interpretation of data, and reporting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to make informed decisions
- Leadership effectiveness
- Ability to develop others
A mechanic or engineering trade-relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.
