Assistant Store Manager
">About the Role
As a Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and managing store operations to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and performing sales rituals in line with brand policy, ensuring excellent customer service (presales, insales, aftersales).
- Analyzing objectives provided by the Store Manager to the sales staff and verifying their achievement.
- Ensuring impeccable aesthetics in the store (furniture, technical equipment, lights etc) requesting necessary technical maintenance.
- Regularly reviewing each sales assistant's client book to ensure current client contact details and purchases are logged.
Personnel Development and Management
You will be responsible for organizing and conducting staff induction programs, ensuring new hires are quickly integrated. Additionally, you will organize and conduct staff training programs to enhance product skills, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management.
Operations
Support the Store Manager on staffing roster, annual leave, ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operations. Oversee management of Stockroom space and ensure availability of the full range of items in the collection.
Key Skills
Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management. Excellent in spoken and written English. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and experience in POS systems.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
University graduate or above in Business or related disciplines. At least 2 plus years in luxury boutique management or Assistant Management role.
