The ideal candidate will have significant experience in aftersales and operational automotive roles, a recognised technical qualification, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup, manage and monitor the regional Parts Distribution Centre
  • Provide on-line parts issue support for retail partners
  • Safeguard regional Parts availability
  • Train and improve processes
  • Identify wider product issues and implement contingency plans
  • Set and monitor logistics KPIs for the 3PL partner
Requirements
  • Aftersales and operational automotive experience
  • Technical qualification in automotive parts supply chain management or retail parts operation
  • Automotive aftersales background with strong analytical skills
  • Strategic ability to leverage relationships with vendors and partners
  • Continuous improvement mindset
