To compliment, we are currently seeking an **Aftersales Operations Manager** to manage the Aftersales team across Trivett VIC.

**About the role**

This role will ensure that the Service Managers and relevant sites are focused on achieving the operating results by implementing the aligned operating processes and metrics that will drive operational best practice and customer satisfaction.
- As a high level overview you will:_
- Provide input to organisation structures, role design and incentive structures so that people capability is optimised
- Create an empowered leadership culture that engages, motivates and leads all staff in the achievement of business plan targets
- Provide best practice and learning sessions that deepen the technical capability of the Aftersales teams
- Develop a customer service ethos that is second to none that builds a genuine differentiation in the market and support sites in achieving the required standards.
- Develop a culture of innovation that ensures business capability is maximised
- Conduct regular site performance reviews, productivity, efficiency and mix of work, amongst other measures to ensure delivery of all KPIs in line with budget and people
- Set operational standards in relation to, resource allocation, productivity measures, bay utilisation, Technician ERA set ups and ensure conformance from each site
- Create a culture of no compromise in the delivery of quality standards and compliance

**About you**:

- Deep experience and knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales and the competitive consumer landscape
- Significant experience managing and leading a team
- Demonstrate Business Acumen
- Analytical ability - interpretation of data and reporting
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to make effective and informed decisions
- Leadership effectiveness along with developing others
- Mechanic, engineering trade relevant trade qualification (advantageous)
- A full drivers licence with a sound driving record
