Key Responsibilities

  • Developing & Implementing Standards
  • Create and refine Dealership Operating Standards covering: sales and aftersales SOPs, showroom image and facility compliance, staffing requirements, and vehicle management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Training, Marketing, and Regional Teams to align standards with business needs and market changes.
  • Continuously refine standards based on performance data, industry trends, and dealer feedback.
  • Source and manage brand-compliant materials (logos, uniforms, accessories, merchandising, etc.) by leveraging both China HQ resources and local suppliers to ensure nationwide consistency.
  • Develop comprehensive dealer onboarding packages to accelerate new dealers' compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure dealers are fully prepared for operation.
  • Dealer Support
  • Source and manage brand-compliant materials (logos, uniforms, accessories, merchandising, etc.) by leveraging both China HQ resources and local suppliers to ensure nationwide consistency.
  • Develop comprehensive dealer onboarding packages to accelerate new dealers' compliance with operational standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure dealers are fully prepared for operation.
  • Compliance & Enforcement
  • Establish audit processes (including support for China HQ audit programs) to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Guide Sales and Aftersales Regional Managers in conducting regular store inspections, reporting findings, and driving corrective actions.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership operations, retail standards development, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create and implement comprehensive SOPs for sales and aftersales operations.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate standards rollout across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build consensus while driving measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
