Job Title: Learning Officer for Professional Growth
">The ASIS organization seeks a skilled and dedicated individual to contribute to the ongoing development of our training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, assessing, and recording keeping requirements for ASIS training.
">This role requires a dynamic team player who enjoys working with stakeholders, team members, and individually on projects. You will need to meet tight deadlines and work to support ASIS priorities.
">The key responsibilities and tasks of this role include developing, preparing, maintaining, and presenting quality learning and development work, establishing and enhancing effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, using expertise and good judgment to anticipate training issues, and providing accurate and specialized advice.
">Key Skills and Qualifications:
">To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, impactful training programs and deliver with confidence. You should also have demonstrated ability to work in a high tempo environment managing competing priorities, solving problems, and achieving outcomes.
