About the role
The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with management to identify training needs and develop capabilities within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Determining specific training requirements and skill gaps with staff.
- Supporting the development of organizational capabilities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and reporting on results.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
A strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication is also essential.
Candidates should have experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs in a complex environment.
