About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with management to identify training needs and develop capabilities within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining specific training requirements and skill gaps with staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
