About the Role:
The Learning and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering individual and collective capability by developing, delivering, and implementing Treasury's Leadership and Management programs.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, collaborating on L&D program development, and ensuring effective management of Treasury's Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Expertise in corporate L&D program development, delivery, and innovation
- Experience with leadership and management program design
- Ability to conduct needs assessments and identify learning requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and relevant HR certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience administering an LMS and developing eLearning programs
- Ability to identify L&D solutions and platforms to address capability needs
