Learning and Development Officer

The role of the Learning and Development Officer is to perform administrative tasks in support of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks related to training delivery
- Pre-delivery administration, including equipment/venue booking, ICT support, course material distribution
- Nomination, paneling, changes, and other facilitation requirements
- Post-delivery administration and course reviews
- International training management
- Course administration in support of FMS training requirements
- Approved courses addition/removal as required
- Travel and administration coordination for course attendees
- Training budget management for required outcomes
- Establishing and managing a calendar of training events
- Capturing domestic and international training opportunities
- Developing course materials as required
- Generating and distributing promotional materials as needed
- Feedback incorporation and course review promotion for continuous improvement

- Ability and track record to perform the above role responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to complete services successfully and effectively engage with Defence stakeholders
