Leadership Role in Organisational Development

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business with a firm commitment to sustainability and the communities in which it operates.

As a senior member of the People & Culture team, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders and develop strategies on all matters relating to organisational effectiveness, including leadership, talent, culture, diversity & inclusion, learning and development and engagement.

  • Depth in all areas of OD coupled with expertise in talent, leadership, learning, culture change and engagement.
  • High levels of commercial acumen with the ability to consult with executive level stakeholders.
  • The ability to drive organisational capability at an enterprise level from strategy through to delivery.

This is a broad OD Leadership Role With Focus On Culture Transformation. We are seeking a high calibre senior OD professional to develop and implement contemporary people development frameworks and processes which drive organisational capability & culture and align to the organisational strategy and purpose.
