Transformational Change Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Change and Communications Lead to join our organization for a multi-year Workday ERP implementation.
- Design, develop and implement change initiatives in support of the Workday ERP transformation program.
- Provide change support for end users across the organization with regard to adopting the new ERP system.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including anticipated resistance to change.
- Support senior leaders, providing coaching on change impacts and supporting initiatives where required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Change Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Transformational Change and Communications role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
