About the Role

This fixed-term leadership position involves coordinating and executing change management across multiple business areas to support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will engage stakeholders at all levels, develop strategic change plans, and drive adoption through compelling training programs and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Delivery Lead: Drive key change initiatives across technology and functional areas, including the end-to-end rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strategic Change Planning: Develop innovative change plans that include stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across all business levels.
  • Impact & Readiness Analysis: Conduct impact and readiness assessments, risk analyses, and support change mitigation strategies.
  • Training & Communication: Create compelling training programs and communication strategies to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
  • Culture Development: Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and foster a high-performance team culture.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation in complex environments. They will also have experience leading ERP implementations, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
