We are seeking a skilled professional to lead transformative change in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and executing large-scale transformation initiatives across complex environments.
This role requires a strong background in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in fast-paced and dynamic settings.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative change strategies, drive adoption, and foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include leading change delivery, crafting and executing change plans, engaging stakeholders, analyzing impact and readiness, training and communication, and fostering an improvement culture.
Requirements- 5+ years' experience in change management with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation in complex environments.
- Experience in leading ERP implementations is required, with field service, customer service, and finance applications implementation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 being desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, IT, or related field, with a master's degree being desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Proven leadership skills, especially in guiding cross-functional teams.
