The role of Educational Leader at a leading early learning institution offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's lives. This mid-senior level position requires collaboration with Educators to enhance educational programs, deepen understanding of child development, and champion excellence in practice.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs that foster holistic growth in young minds.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content by leveraging industry best practices and research-based methodologies.
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework to drive transformative change and promote excellence in educational practice.

We're looking for an individual with strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Previous experience leading change in education and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification are highly desirable.
