Transformation Change Leader

A seasoned professional is required to spearhead the change management strategy and implementation for a Procurement Transformation Program. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders and teams across the organisation to embed cultural and operational change.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management approach aligned with the program roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of all stakeholders.
- Build trust and alignment among diverse groups through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Design and deliver communication and training plans that ensure clear and engaging messaging, driving adoption and understanding.
- Monitor change readiness and adoption, providing targeted interventions and support where necessary.
- Support program delivery, including UAT coordination, hypercare, and knowledge transfer, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes.
The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years' experience in Change Management, exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders, teams, and employees at all levels.
