Organisational Transformation Lead

A critical role in the delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects is to be managed by a skilled professional. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and share our passion for delivering quality outcomes through effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client briefs and directing Change Management services
  • Understanding potential impacts from change by analysing client business, operations, and structure
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing tactics to manage organisational changes for desired outcomes
  • Executing plans, scheduling, reporting progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioural Science)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
