Customer Service Operations Manager

Seeking a motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Operations Manager with IPA Personnel in Tweed Heads, NSW. This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of $105,000 + fully maintained company vehicle.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams to join our dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring compliance and risk management procedures are followed, and overseeing site cleaning operations to meet KPIs and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Lead and motivate site cleaning operations teams to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and operational challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of the Business Management System.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service in a cleaning or facilities management context.
- A valid NSW driver's license, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
- Strong leadership abilities and capacity to build relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of best practices in service delivery, with a focus on cleaning services.
- The ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- A solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
