Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resources to drive project success
  • Assist with stakeholder consultations and synthesise feedback
  • Conduct document reviews and literature scans
  • Provide research support: synthesise complex document information and provide desktop research
  • Draft client documents: reports, briefings, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in project coordination in a corporate or government environment
  • High level analysis and information synthesising skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
  • Effective task coordination skills

Adaptability and responsiveness are essential for this role, as is a desire to work closely with clients.
