**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Performance Manager to drive behaviours and culture alignment with our purpose, values, and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience delivering a broad generalist HR portfolio.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing HR practitioners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial approach to deliver effective ER solutions that support business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Build a high-performing, commercially focused culture.
  2. Organisational Development and Talent Management.
  3. Employee Relations; grievances, investigations, dispute resolution.
  4. Business partnering, including understanding and delivering HR solutions and strategic initiatives.
  5. Implementing standardised frameworks and tools as designed by our Areas of Expertise.
  6. Providing advice on team development and performance.
  7. Contributing to an inclusive, effective, and safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Commerce, or Behaviour Science.
* Extensive experience delivering a broad generalist HR portfolio.
* Strong leadership skills, including coaching and developing HR practitioners.
* Evidence of designing and delivering effective HR solutions.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial approach to deliver ER solutions that support business outcomes.
