The Role:

We're excited to recruit an Office Coordinator to join our on-site asset management team at a prominent commercial building in Melbourne CBD.

This role is predominantly responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Precinct General Manager and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing office inventory and supplies
  • Coordinating office maintenance and presentation
  • Managing employee functions and events
  • Overseeing IT requirements
  • Supporting the GM with administrative tasks
  • Building relationships with team members and client-side stakeholders
  • Preparing monthly expense reconciliation

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in office and team administration
  • Preferable experience working in the Property sector
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to show proactivity in your day-to-day work
  • A customer-centric focus
  • A high standard of presentation and pride in your work
