About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a professional and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, forwarding messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule and manage room bookings, adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain the tidiness of meeting rooms and public spaces before and after meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the client services team under the direction of the Client Services Manager.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as organizing events, managing repairs and maintenance, and liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Professional discretion.
  • Experience with Xero (desired but not essential).
