We are seeking a meticulous and organized Accounts Receivable Professional to manage our accounts receivable operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Record transactions and prepare invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Reconcile bank accounts daily to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Act as the liaison between our service team and customers to facilitate smooth issuance and collections processes.
This role requires prior accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The successful candidate will also possess top-notch interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, streamlining procedures, and driving efficiency.
Requirements:- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
