Job Title

Be a driving force behind business success as an HR Business Partner.

This role involves collaborating with various teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve organizational performance.

  • Develop talent and coach leaders to achieve their goals.

  • Provide HR guidance and support to client group Leaders and Managers on organizational, cost efficiency, talent, and culture-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to analyze personnel costs and develop strategies for improvement.

  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and FP&A to ensure market competitiveness and make business-value-added decisions.

  • Develop and implement process improvements across the organization.

  • Coach and mentor employees at Management level to enhance leadership skills.

  • Handle exceptions and develop approaches for complex problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Level or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 10 years of solid experience in Employee Human Resource Management/HR Business partnering.

  • Experience working in multinational companies, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or mining.

  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects, influencing across different teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.

  • Local legislation, industrial award, Union, EBA, or CBA experience is an added advantage.
