Job Overview

The role requires strategic leadership and partnership development to drive growth and revenue expansion in the retail sector. This entails navigating the partnership lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams, and spearheading high-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive budget management and revenue growth for the partnership
  • Lead contractual negotiations and partnership strategy with senior client stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams
  • Develop and execute long-term partnership strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Proactively identify innovative solutions to enhance relevance and growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate the partnership with other client services and enhance efficiency
  • Act as a conduit for client communication, working closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals
  • Negotiate and ensure partnerships align with Client and NCA strategic goals
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in media and marketing roles managing partnership strategies for growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven experience negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, budget tracking, and overachieving on revenue targets
  • Experience developing and managing strategic media partnerships
  • Experience devising short and long-term revenue generating strategies within a media and sales role
  • Demonstrating experience operating and analysing data and measurement platforms
  • Establishing operational processes and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with conflict management and resolution
