Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our purpose-driven organisation delivering Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects across Victoria.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of Class 3 SDA property developments, from concept and design to construction and handover.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of Class 3 SDA projects across Victoria
  • Administer construction contracts and progress claims
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government/regulatory bodies
  • Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-side Project Manager role
  • Single dwelling residential experience
  • Familiarity with SDA design standards and Class 3 building classification (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., AS 4000, AS 4902)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
