Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

This role acts as the central coordination point between internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of all agreed outcomes.

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of approved safety improvement strategies.
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet objectives.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with contractors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor risks and apply proactive mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or delivery within a construction, safety, or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of HSE principles and regulatory commitments.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating across internal and external teams.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards effectively.
