Senior Project Coordinator

This is a critical position that will play a key role in the delivery of project outcomes.
About The PositionThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing support and advice to stakeholders, leveraging their expertise in project coordination.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor and report on project progress and expenditure, and report to stakeholders on overall project performance.
- Identify emerging pressures and possible issues, and assist Senior Project Manager with risk management strategies to address them.
- Provide timely advice and develop open and effective communication strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering project artefacts within a Road Safety environment.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to deliver complex projects in a technical and outsourced environment.
- Knowledge of governance reporting, management briefs, and other project-based deliverables.
- Experience in applying structured project management methods.
This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the Victorian Road Safety Strategy 2021-2030, which aims to eliminate death from our roads by 2050.
