Job Title: Senior Project Coordinators

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead our construction projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying resources and allocating tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial reports, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documenting milestones, setbacks, and lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects with successful outcomes.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience using project management software a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
