Senior Project Coordinator

A leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment specialist is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator to lead the early project lifecycle for high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate feasibility assessments and project planning during the pre-construction phase
- Collaborate with designers, estimators, sales teams, and project managers to ensure project viability
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements
- Oversee contracts and compliance with industry regulations
- Identify and mitigate project risks before construction begins
- Support business development efforts by providing pre-construction insights
- Proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction
- Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software is desirable
This is an onsite position working from our office. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team environment with competitive salary and career progression opportunities.
