Assistant Project Manager - Client Side

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The role of the Assistant Project Manager is to assist Senior Project Managers in planning, coordinating and executing projects from initiation through to completion. This includes developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. The Assistant Project Manager will also coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing project timelines and milestones
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of construction industry standards and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project
  • Understanding of industry-standard contract forms (GC21, AS4000, AS4122 and AS4902)
