About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven project coordinator to join our team delivering high-end residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, builder relationships, contract admin, and financial tracking
  • Coordinate claims, invoicing, progress payments, and documentation
  • Conduct site visits (at least twice per week) and ensure delivery remains on program
  • Support the senior development lead in overseeing consultants and key stakeholders

Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in property development or client-side project management
  • Background in commercial, industrial, or high-end residential projects preferred
  • Proficient with Procore, Excel, and confident reading and interpreting plans
  • Skilled in contract admin, progress claims, and site-based coordination
  • Polished, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Willing to grow into more senior roles
  • Driven and dependable, with a strong work ethic and practical mindset
  • Able to wear a hard hat, walk a site, and communicate clearly across all levels
