**Job Description**

The successful candidate will play a crucial role within our senior leadership team, reporting directly to the EGM of Queensland. You will be responsible for both the strategic and commercial performance of the HR division, as well as training, developing, and mentoring your team to uphold our best-in-industry standards for client and candidate experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strategic business plans for the HR division and individual team members that align with the wider Troocoo Business Strategy.
  • Managing the divisional P&L and taking full ownership and responsibility for revenue and costs.
  • Playing an active role in the Senior Leadership Team to support all Troocoo employees and actively promote Troocoo values.
  • Identifying new talent and integrating new hires into the division and wider business.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships to enhance client and candidate satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.
