
Accounts Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Assistant with accounts experience to join our office team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of accounting systems.
Responsibilities include providing quality service to suppliers and customers, entering AR/AP Invoices, managing reception, and performing ad hoc duties.
Key Requirements:- Administration experience, preferably in an accounts role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounting systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
