
Accounts/Office Administrator

- Full-Time or Part-Time (4 days)
- $75,000 – $85,000 + Super (Depending on Experience & Skills)
We're partnering with an accounting firm that's looking for a reliable, confident Accounting Administrator to support their accountants and SMSF team with a wide range of admin and client service tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to accountants and SMSF team
- Answer phones and manage client communication with professionalism
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Liaise confidently with the ATO and external providers
- Coordinate client queries and collate financial documents
- Handle light debt collection duties and track outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records and support general practice operations
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 2 years' experience in an accounting or public practice administration role
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable managing sensitive financial information
- Bonus: Experience with Xero or FYI Docs
