Job Description

At Winning Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Liaison Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues with their products, providing guidance and support to resolve problems.
  • Log service calls with manufacturers, accurately updating and recording any problems and interactions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and their service agents to identify and address the root cause of customer faults or problems.
  • Investigate unusual problems to ensure a positive resolution for customers.
  • Arrange replacements or solutions for customers who cannot have their product repaired.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor to build strong and trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
