About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Pre-paid Funeral Specialists in InvoCare, the funeral industry market leader.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to achieve sales and revenue targets, overseeing work plans and scheduling activities, and actively engaging in coaching and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, proven success in coaching and developing sales teams, and experience leading and managing the achievement of financial performance targets.

In addition, you will have a strong understanding of life and superannuation product regulation or investment schemes sales processes.

  • Proven track record in leading and developing a multi-brand, multi-location cross-functional team
  • Strong commercial acumen and empathy
  • Ability to develop, embed, and grow local business and stakeholder relationships

Key Accountabilities

  • Developing and implementing sales plans to target new market segments
